From headquarters and training facilities to airfield runways and piers, if it’s on a federal or military site, we can design, build, remodel, or repair it.
Constructing sensitive compartmented information facilities (SCIFs) is our specialty. We’ve performed work on SCIFs around the country, ranging from high-tech cyber security projects to special forces facilities. Our staff have all the necessary experience and clearances to work at sensitive sites and several even have top-secret clearance for those higher profile jobs.
When it comes to designing and building SCIFs, you can rest assured that we understand the specifications of such work and the requirements that need to be met before construction even begins—and of course, the importance of ensuring the facility will receive accreditation once construction is completed.
Without proper infrastructure, federal and military sites don’t operate at their highest level. That’s why we work quickly and efficiently to design, build, or repair the basic structures needed to support federal and military sites. Our past projects include runway repairs, airfield lighting, road paving, floating docks, railway crossings, traffic control and more. If it’s an integral part of a federal or military site, we’ve probably worked on it.
As with all of our work, a significant portion of your infrastructure project will be self-performed by our team of highly skilled project managers and construction staff with an impeccable safety record.
As a licensed electrical contractor in multiple states, we self-perform all our own electrical work. Our experience in constructing and repairing electrical and telecommunications equipment for federal and military customers is wide-ranging, from the installation of advanced fiber optic cabling and data systems to basic needs such as lighting, fire alarms, and CCTV systems.
Some of our recent projects in this space include high voltage substation upgrades for the Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, airfield runway lighting for Robins Air Force Base, and secure data and communications for Fort Gordon Army Base—all completed on time, on budget, and to our clients’ exact specifications.
The design-build method of construction saves government clients time, money, and hassle—three big reasons its become a vital part of our expertise. We have over a decade of experience with design-build and fully embrace partnering with our federal and military customers to achieve “Best-Value” on their projects. We’ll collaborate with your team and our most trusted architects and engineers and speciality subcontractors to come up with the perfect design, valued-engineered and reviewed with the latest products in mind to reduce costs and increase functionality.
These days, the majority of our projects are design-build, including a new headquarters and company operations facility at Fort Bragg, the renovation of a large classroom building at Fort Jackson, and a new helicopter paint booth at Hunter Army Airfield.
We’ll deliver the work on time, on budget, and to your exacting standards.
