Lead Electrician

All candidates must have:

  • Minimum 10 years commercial/industrial electrical construction experience. Federal government project experience a plus
  • Familiarity with fire alarm, low voltage, intrusion detection and access control and communications systems
  • Have knowledge of electrical codes and standards including NEC and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC)
  • The ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent management and planning skills

Electricians

All candidates must have:

  • Verifiable work experience including a minimum of 5 years government/commercial/industrial construction experience. Federal government project experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to read, interpret, and implement drawings and specs and have knowledge of electrical codes and standards.

Carpenter, Sheetrock & Framers

All candidates must have:

  • 5+ years of commercial/industrial construction experience including metal framing, drywall hanging & finishing, acoustical ceiling installation, and interior finishes.
  • Be able to read, interpret, and implement drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of construction codes and standards, etc.

Construction Superintendent - Position Ft. Bragg, NC

All candidates must have:

  • 8+ years of related construction industry experience + 3 years of safety experience (architectural, structural and civil site work), experience required)
  • Federal government construction experience (particularly Corps of Engineers and NAVFAC), highly desireable
  • Certified Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractor (USACE), a plus
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Certification a plus
  • OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR required
  • Demonstrated computer experience: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, scheduling, Corps of Engineers QCS, etc. required
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks with little or no supervision in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Regional travel to jobsites in the Southeast required
  • Ability to pass background checks for government facility access

Site Safety Health Officer - Position, Southeast Region

  • 30 hour OSHA Construction Safety course or as an equivalent, 30 hours of formal construction safety and health training covering the subjects of the 30 hour OSHA course
  • 5 years of continuous construction industry safety experience or 4 years if candidate possesses a Third-Party, Nationally Accredited (ANSI or National Commission for Certifying Agencies – NCCA) SOH related certification
  • Ability to manage, implement and enforce the Contractor’s Safety and Health Program in accordance with the accepted APP and the USACE EM 385-1-1 manual
  • 8 hours of documented formal safety training every year
  • Previous experience with (USACE) EM 385-1-1Competent in fall protection and confined space entry, or ability to be the
  • Competent person for these and other project specific activities
  • CSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification preferred, but not require
  • Able to read, interpret, implement drawings and specifications
  • Regional travel to jobsites required
  • Valid Driver's License
