All candidates must have:

  • Verifiable work experience including a minimum of 5 years government/commercial/industrial construction experience. Federal government project experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to read, interpret, and implement drawings and specs and have knowledge of electrical codes and standards.

Carpenter, Sheetrock & Framers

All candidates must have:

  • 5+ years of commercial/industrial construction experience including metal framing, drywall hanging & finishing, acoustical ceiling installation, and interior finishes.
  • Be able to read, interpret, and implement drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of construction codes and standards, etc.

Electrical Project Manager - Position McDonough, Ga

All candidates must have:

  • 5+ years successful electrical PM experience in DoD, commercial, and/or industrial electrical contracting
  • Electrical contractor's license or ability to earn license
  • Strong experience managing electrical supervisors and crews, materials procurement, and logistics for complex electrical projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering (E.I.T. or P.E. in electrical engineering preferred)
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Design Build, complex competitive bid, conceptual estimating, and preconstruction services
  • Prior experience in electrical estimating (proficiency in producing accurate material take-offs and detailed evaluation of subcontractor and vendor pricing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented
  • Strong working knowledge of estimating software and proficient in MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and RSMeans
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Regional travel to jobsites required
  • Have the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple assignments and tasks for one or more projects
