Construction Quality Control Manager - Position, Multiple Locations (GA, SC and NC)

All candidates must have:

  • 5+ years federal government construction management/quality control experience (particularly Corps of Engineers) with an understanding of government contracting processes required. Complete & Maintain Construction Quality Management (CQM) cert
  • 10+ years of construction experience with significant Design-Build construction experience desirable
  • BA/BS Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architectural Design or Science related degree desirable
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Certification a plus
  • OSHA 30 and 40 Hazwoper certifications required
  • Demonstrated computer experience including MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Scheduling, Estimating, Corps of Engineers QCS, etc. required
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks including demonstrated ability to coordinate project activities including staff and subcontractors
  • Knowledge of construction codes and standards including military construction and safety requirement
  • Able to read, interpret, implement drawings and specifications
  • Regional travel to jobsites required
  • Valid Driver's License

Lead Electrician - Ft. Benning, GA

All candidates must have:

  • Minimum 10 years commercial/industrial electrical construction experience. Federal government project experience a plus
  • Familiarity with fire alarm, low voltage, intrusion detection and access control and communications systems
  • Have knowledge of electrical codes and standards including NEC and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC)
  • The ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent management and planning skills

Electricians - Position - Ft. Benning, GA

All candidates must have:

  • Verifiable work experience including a minimum of 5 years government/commercial/industrial construction experience. Federal government project experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to read, interpret, and implement drawings and specs and have knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
  • Regional travel to jobsites required, must have reliable transportation
  • Must have the ability to lift to 50 pounds, reach, stand, kneel and climb ladders during the course of work being performed.
  • Background checks required for access to government facilities
  • Valid Driver's License

Construction Superintendent - Joint Base Charleston, SC

All candidates must have:

  • 8+ years of related construction industry experience + 3 years of safety experience (architectural, structural and civil site work), experience required)
  • Federal government construction experience (particularly Corps of Engineers and NAVFAC), highly desirable
  • Certified Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractor (USACE), a plus (optional for some projects)
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Certification a plus (optional for some projects)
  • OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR required
  • Demonstrated computer experience: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, scheduling, Corps of Engineers QCS, etc. required
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks with little or no supervision in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Regional travel to jobsites in the Southeast required
  • Ability to pass background checks for government facility access

Federal Construction Project Manager - Position McDonough, GA

All candidates must have:

  • Candidate must have ten (10) or more years' experience in construction management with significant Design-Build experience
  • Proven track record successfully managing construction projects. Experience with federal construction projects required, particularly Corps of Engineers or NAVFAC projects
  • B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field of study is preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Ability to interface effectively with customers, subcontractors, superintendents, and all project and company members
  • Detailed and task oriented with strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Applicant must have excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and familiarity with scheduling (Primavera, MS Project) and quality control (RMS/QCS). Estimating including quantity take-off and pricing
  • Experience with USACE Quality Control processes including experience with RSMeans
  • Regional travel to jobsites required
  • Valid Driver's License





Sr. Estimator - Position McDonough, GA

All candidates must have:

  • 10+ years of commercial construction estimating experience with public, private, or federal projects (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (but not required)
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Design Build, complex competitive bid, conceptual estimating, and preconstruction services
  • Proficiency in producing accurate material takeoffs and detailed evaluation of subcontractor and vendor pricing
  • Demonstrated computer experience including MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Scheduling, Estimating, Corps of Engineers QCS, etc. required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and RSMeans
  • Able to read, interpret, implement drawings and specifications
  • Have the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple assignments and tasks for one or more projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing


Assistant Project Manager - Position McDonough, Ga

All candidates must have:

  • Technical degree from a 2-Yr or 4-Yr college or technical training during military service (highly desirable)
  • 1-3 Yrs of hands-on experience - preferably working on ground construction projects
  • Ability and desire to successfully work in a team environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project highly desirable
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a drug/background check
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (Southeast US)

Plumber (Journeyman) - Position, Ft. Benning, NC

  • Journeyman plumber candidates must have 5+ years of commercial/industrial construction experience including metal framing, drywall hanging & finishing, acoustical ceiling installation, and interior finishes
  • Interprets blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials
  • Installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids
  • Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation. Assembles fittings and valves for installation. Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building
  • Be able to read, interpret, and implement drawings and specifications and have knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
  • Regional travel to jobsites required, must have reliable transportation
